I'm a content designer with a background in digital marketing and a combined 10+ years of experience writing for SaaS products, websites, and consumer products.

Most recently, I spent six years as a senior content designer at Procore, where I worked closely with product designers, PMs, and engineers to turn dense, technical workflows into interfaces people could actually navigate, from onboarding flows to permissions systems to the small details like button copy and error states.

I care most about the moments where users get stuck: the confusing empty state, the modal that doesn't explain what's about to happen, the notification that doesn't say anything useful. Good content design, to me, is mostly about noticing those moments and fixing them before anyone else does.
